Place was very clean. Centrally located for restaurants and overall in the island so easy to get to other places by car. I would stay here again.

Close to good restaurants and shopping. Grounds are kept up very well. Very close to the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Nice appliances and plenty of cookware.

Air conditioner in the bedroom is very loud and does not work very well.

"Convenient older condo complex with large pool on quiet walkable beach."

Very convenient Kihei location on a pretty, walkable, quiet (not so swimmable) beach. Great pool, peaceful, pleasant grassy landscaping. Unit has a bit of an ocean view from the small balcony. The unit comes with two foldable beach chairs and a small beach umbrella you can take to the beach. There is a grassy berm with some trees between the pool and the beach.

Southwest facing unit has strong sun most of the day and top floor gets very warm. The A/Cs are old, loud window units (at least there are two -- LR and BR) and you have to run them often to keep the place cool. State of maintenance is okay but bedroom ceiling lightbulb out, very dusty bathroom fan. Some kitchen pots/pans could use updating. The complex has pool loungers but no umbrellas.

"Perfect!"

Best condos I've stayed in Hawaii. There are all amenities, a comfortable and large bed, air conditioners. Also a great bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Great location - right next to a wonderful beach, shops, food restaurants.
