It was as described. Beautiful place.

The first night the heating was not working properly. Recommend to clean air filters. Every 6 months. We washed them and the heat was great. Working.

Nothing right

Really unpleasant hosts: they write that accept animals, but they asked me 70 euros with receipt, for two small dogs, for one night only The rooms are street front, so you can hear every kind of noise You have to pay an extra charge for parking In the same building, there are different guesthouse. During the night, someone was going on ringing our bell. The code to enter was different from the one written on the guest guide.

Instruction to get the key felt like a quest but was very well explained so no issue finding it. Only for the parking we had to drive an additional time around the block (would make sense to add that the parking lot is behind Spar). The apartment is located perfect in the old center, nevertheless even with the windows open at night it was really quiet on the streets.

We had to take out the trash at the end of our stay, which even though it can be dropped off easily at public trash spot, you would expect it to be included in the cleaning.

Place has good location and is nicely decorated.

It was cold in the apartment. We were there around december 15th, and in the main room there was 19 degrees. We had to be closed in our bedrooms. The second night we suggested we get partial refund, and the host said he can only give us money back for one night if we go out of the apartment. It was 10p.m., we were traveling with kids (0 and 4 years). This attitude is the reason we give bad review, it's unacceptable.
