最满意的是公寓的阳台 我们预订的房间在顶楼 也是他家景致最好的一间 坡屋顶 个别地方无法站直身体 不过 冲着阳台看到的美景订的房 其他委屈一点 也是值了

卫生间可是太迷你了 客厅兼餐厅 兼厨房 也小 我和姐姐俩人 还凑合吧 多一个人 就会更局促了 不过可以在阳台上的小餐桌吃饭 美不胜收 每天可以看到不同的邮轮入港出港 也是别样的风景 房东是位六七十岁的阿姨 英语不是特别好 简单沟通还可以 科托尔地形特点 各种坡 台阶 公寓内部也是 要先下台阶 再上台阶 房东夫妇年纪都不小 帮忙提行李有点困难 大体要自力更生

The hosts are a simply delightful older couple. They tried hard to attend to every challenge with the apartment, and there certainly were a few. Their English is not great, but the lady (particularly sweet) spoke French, as do I, so that worked out.

Pretty much every fitting in the apartment is loose. That means every shelf, every kitchen cabinet, every cupboard etc. Because the walls are solid concrete, fastening anything to them is quite challenging because you need a masonry bit attached to your drill. This is challenging because it takes time, makes a terrible noise, and leaves a ton of dust behind. So pretty much all of their fixtures are erected with what could best be described as stopgap fasteners - i.e. everything wobbles. The space in the apartment is poorly organised but after moving a few chairs and tables around and getting our suitcase under the bed, we were able to make it work. The shower is red-hot, but it’s a pretty small hot water service, so be prepared to space your party’s showers out over the day so you can all have a decent one. The bed in our apartment was not particularly supportive, and had about 6 inch gaps between all of the slats. Using some towels, we were able to make it work, but if you’re a larger person, I would be concerned about its ability to support you. There are a reasonable number of barking dogs in the vicinity too. The worst one is on the second floor of an apartment directly to the north. It’s a beagle and has quite a booming bark and in spite of me requesting the neighbours keep it quiet twice during our stay they don’t seem to care less. I feel a bit sorry for the dog because it’s obviously bored. It only barks when it comes out to their verandah, which just happens to be about 5m from the northerly window of the apartment we were staying in. The kitchen is semi-functional, but needs a couple of extra things to be properly self-contained: paper towels, more than one tea-towel, a lifter for the frypan, pepper, a sharp knife and a proper chopping board. Be aware if you have heavy suitcases (we had one), there’s a ton of stairs going up and down at various spots, so it’s no fun. Do not expect to be able to roll anything to your apartment!

it was a very comfortable room with enough space for one or two people. very clean and the host was great! i would definitely stay there again. the host gave me cake and an orange juice which was a bonus :)

it didnt have good wifi so i had to use data most of the time. also there was no shampoo so i had to buy one. and keep in mind you have to walk uphill to go to the property from kotor, which wasnt a problem for me but i understand how it can be a bit frustrating for someone

Loopafstand van de oude stad, en eerder nog een winkelcentrumpje. Eigen parkeerplaatsen.

De vier bedden voor ons gezin waren twee tweepersoonsbedden in dezelfde slaapkamer. In de andere kamer is een eenvoudige keuken en slaapbank.

Bardzo duży, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Przemiły gospodarz który na dzień dobry poczęstował nas zimnym piwem. Kilka minut spacerem do starego miasta. Możliwość bezpiecznego zaparkowania motocykla.
