Hill Apartments

Beautiful property with views of the kotor bay. Convenient located as well with bakery nearby, walkable to most activities and the old town about 30 min walk away.

The only thing that to note is the location of the apartment. As other reviews have said it is at the top of a hill and the incline is quite steep. Both walking up and driving up is an effort. Make sure you are prepared for a hike either way.

Property was located in a great position to see everything. The walk up Kator mountain to the little cheese shop made the walk up the hill seem like nothing. Given previous comments, yes the hill is a hike up, but you would have to be either stupid or Swedish, the name hillside does give you an idea of the location. Property modern, clean and a lot has gone into it. This was by far the best place I stayed in over the three places visited.

Not a great deal to not like really. Possibly I would include the cost of coffee pod usage in the price of the room but no big deal.

The hill is very steep so not really accessible to everyone but wasn’t an issue for us.

Apartment no 2 is beautiful and modern, and the view from the court is amazing. Due to window orientation, the bedroom was dark and we had good night sleep in the comfortable bed.

A bit difficult to reach by foot due to steep access road. We used the car all the time. Also, no sea view from the room of ap. 2 as the window was orientated towards the mountains.

The apartment is really well put together with all appliances. It has good place to have a meal outside.

There is a very inclided hill to get to the house, hard to drive through

Nothing. Just know when you drive up the hill it is a little bit more exciting than a standard road :).

This is a wonderful house with an outstanding view on the bay of Kotor! We were welcomed by the host with some drinks and recommendations on activities to do. The little stone house is newly furnished and modern inside. Everything is clean and comfortable. You have your own terrace on top. The AC is working well on hot August days. You can reach restaurants and beaches within 10 min by foot. Just be aware that the street leading to the house is very steep. We arrived by taxi but good to know in case you'll have your own car. Can be a bit tricky to reach. You can always park down the hill of course.

Clean and well equiped apartment just outside the busy part of Kotor. The outside area and view of the apartment are incredible. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

Nothing bad to mention about the apartment and the hospitality! Recommend this place. However, with regards to using the side services of the hosts' travel agency I would advice to be cautious if you are on a budget. The host offered us a transfer from Kotor to Cavtat for a "cheap" price of 200€ because we were his guests. It was mentioned that we would not find a cheaper alternative elsewhere. Online it was easy to find a trustworthy travel agency that gave us a private transfer all the way to Dubrovnik for only 127€.

The room and its surroundings were clean and personal. But the house is on a very steep slope. It is very difficult without a car. The hosts are very good. It was fun to play with his grandson.
