Beautiful location, the facilities were very nice.

The location and facilities are great. There is a private beach and small pool. Good breakfast and very helpful stuff. It was clean and well accommodated our family.

The shower stream is unstable and very hard to set. We were on the upper floor, so many stairs with no elevator, and the apartment has many places with low ceilings.

The beachfront area is absolutely lovely, just as in the pictures.

All was perfect, but sadly the bathrooms were very outdated, smelt musty, shower didn’t drain and was very very dirty around sides. Really off putting when the rest was so very lovely.

The location was stunningly beautiful. The pool was exquisite, and the views of the bay top notch. The seaside area with overhead shade was super tranquil and relaxing. We rented a boat from an outside captain who was able to pick us up and drop us off right at the location with ease which was very convenient. The drinks that were made for us at the bar were very good too. The manager was kind enough to park our vehicle for us in a safe location at the bottom of the property when we were a bit confused on how to get there. This was a big help as we were juggling 6 children between two families.

When we arrived in our room, the sheets for the bed were folded up on the mattress at the foot of the bed. Given the cost of the property, it seemed like a careless oversight to not have a made bed upon arrival. That said, the staff were very friendly. The kitchenette had no plates or silverware, only two glasses, which defeats the point of having a kitchenette. The breakfast was fairly decent but I wouldn't say it was on par with the price of the stay. One suggestion would be a restaurant in the villa for dinner.

Beautiful views of the bay and it was great to have a spot to swim directly from.

The staff or owners seemed to be having a family party while we were there, so we weren’t really able to use the swim area. It was uncomfortable and felt like we were intruding. I would have preferred they contact us in advance to cancel the booking if they were hosting a party and didn’t want guests there. The “manager” (who was taking part in the party) wasn’t very friendly and acted annoyed if we asked him anything. The limited parking available was on a blind curve in the road making it difficult to pull in or out, but there’s nothing within walking distance so you had to drive anywhere to get food or do anything.

10+ pearl on Kotor Bay. This hotel was absolutely perfect for the beautiful week we stayed. It exceeded our expectations. Location - when booking we were a little concerned about the distance from Kotor but the location proved to be the best we met on that side of the bay. The area is quiet with beautiful villas that created a peaceful oasis from the crowds in Kotor and areas closer to the city. No crowds, no loud music. Kotor is a short drive away or a nice long walk along the bay. We did both. Step outside the hotel, cross the small street with very little traffic and you are sitting on a lounge chair next to the sea. It can't be beat expect especially since the sea was perfect and the wait staff very attentive, checking in routinely if we need anything. Staff were very kind and helpful. There were always fresh beach towels at the entrance and everything was spotlessly clean. The owner was kind and friendly. The did an amazing job restoring the villa. Restaurants can be found within a 15 minute walk in either direction. Closer in both directions were three different oyster farms that served varying menus but were all excellent. So good that we ate almost all our meals between these locations due to the tasty food and ideal locations on the seafront. Breakfast was large and tasty, made to order. We were even more grateful for this stay after we stayed in Sutomore for our last night to be closer to the airport. Bonus - the turtles who live in the greenery of the pool deck

Everything was perfect

Everything was more then great, starting from the pool in the garden and then access to the sea with the magnificent view on the Boka bay. Staffs are kind and they do their best to make your stay convenient. The room is so comfort with the really cozy bad. This is definitely the place where we'll back again!

Really, the best location to choose in Cotor Bay. We went from a boat ride, and it only reassured us. Right on the beach, awesome surroundings with the mountains, private peach with all the amenities you can ask for. Don’t look further! 😎
