Everything was perfect

Beautiful newly renovated villa with private beach access. Priate parking is a big plus! Very clean, very well equiped.. Fresh fruits, wine and soft drinks were waiting for us as complementary treats. Ema the host is very nice and helpful, very easy to communicate with.

Everything. Apartment Caserma is one of those magical finds where everything is simply amazing. The apartment is idyllic. It is situated in a beautiful building and a lot of thought and care has gone into the design which is stunning. We stayed as a family of four and think it is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The apartment is finished to a very high standard, was spotlessly clean and had everything and more you could need. There are lovely outdoor spaces to eat and the incredible view over the bay from the private beach is breathtaking. The apartment is close to Perast and Kotor (via car/taxi) and a welcome retreat from the hustle of those bigger towns. The hosts, Ema and Dalibor are incredibly kind and attentive hosts whilst giving you space. They kindly organised a boat trip around the bay that picked us up from their jetty, made reservations at an amazing fish restaurant with incredible views and organised a taxi to Dubrovnik airport, ringing around to find the best deal. They really went above and beyond to make our holiday very special and they are a lovely family. We can’t speak highly enough of them and their beautiful home.

Ema was an excellent host – very kind, responsive, and always available when needed. The apartment was lovely: cosy, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location and scenery were outstanding, and the private beach with direct sea access added an extra special touch to the property. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

Ema is a great host and couldn’t have been more welcoming - the house and location are great but the traffic into Kator can be an issue if you need to get to Tivat - fabulous views and cannot fault the property

The place was clean, comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The location was amazing and we enjoyed using all the outdoor areas.

We were warmly welcomed by exceptional hosts who greeted us with a delightful basket of fruit and wine, which truly touched our hearts. Ema and Dalibor were always available to offer assistance and provided invaluable tips and suggestions. Dalibor even graciously offered to drive us to the nearest restaurant when we lacked transportation and arranged for a reliable taxi driver named Boško to chauffeur us around at a minimal cost. The apartment is ideally situated by the sea, boasting a private beach perfect for leisurely activities and relaxation in a serene neighbourhood. Additionally, on the opposite side of the building, there is a main road leading to Kotor, with a convenient bus stop and a small shop suitable for daily necessities. We spent there two lovely weeks and loved it so much that we have made a booking for next year. We highly recommend staying there.

Everything was great, exceeded our expectations. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime. The apartment was well equipped. The private beach was awesome with everything needed (umbrellas, sun loungers, small tables and beach towels). The property also has BBQ. Really enjoyable stay and Kotor is a very beautiful town as well, worth visiting.
