Sea view apartment in Kotor ! Apartment Popica

The apartment is nice with very beautiful sea view. It’s about 15-20 minutes’ walk to the Kotor old town, and about 6 minutes’ drive to the cable car parking lot. Just below the apartment building there is a supermarket (but not open on Sunday). The host ist really nice and allowed us to park the car till noon on the checkout day for free.

The bedroom faces the road so you can hear the noise from vehicles at night.

Расположение хорошее , да надо немного прогуляться до старого города , но было не напряжно, рядом пляж , спокойно не шумно ! В апартаментах было все для комфортного проживания , чисто, уютно, вид шикарный с балкона ! Хозяйка приветливая, я просто спросила нет ли контактов такси в аэропорт , так она сказала , не переживайте , я сама вас отвезу , было неожиданно приятно 😻😻😻

Very close to Kotor city center and old town. We were able to walk just under a mile to everything. Amazing views of the bay. Lovely balcony. We had a rental car and the garage parking was very convenient.

Nothing we did not like. I only didn’t realize I had to pay in cash because I did not read all the instructions.

Everything. We really enjoyed the apartment, it was beautiful, comfortable, and very well located. We had a lovely time here.

Everything was brilliant easy access to apartment views from apartment were amazing. Location was great just a short walk from town. Perfect would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing to put here

The apartment was clean and spotless when we came in. Well maintained. The balcony view was amazing and we could watch the bay, sat in a cozy swing. There was a complimentary bottle of wine, which we did not drink. All facilities listed in the description were available. Readily available hot water, good wifi and a well equipped kitchen enabled a comfortable stay. We rented a car last minute and the host was accommodating in allowing us to park the car in a secure basement garage. The host was regularly checking up on us to see if we had any issues. Locating slightly outside Kotor but easily walkable to the old town (20 minutes). The location was perfect as we could avoid the peak traffic into old town by walking in and also drive to other places such as Perast and Budva, without getting stuck in the traffic. Also, the cable car lower station is 5 minutes by car. There's a supermarket right below which we used to purchase groceries for our trip. Overall, would recommend.

Absolutely not the fault of the host, but the ground floor entrance to the apartment was dirty.

Лучшие апартаменты, что я видела! Просто волшебное расположение, вид из каждого окна потрясающий! Квартира новая, обставлена со вкусом и вниманием к каждой мелочи. Есть абсолютно всё, что может понадобиться. Парковочное место в подвале дома, супермаркет на первом этаже, до старого города пешком 10 минут. Звукоизоляция хорошая, соседей не слышали ни разу. Хозяйка всегда на связи, очень милая и приятная девушка. Спасибо огромное за наш отдых!
