J&M apartment

Very cozy, clean and well-prepared for our stay, friendly hostess. Stunning view from the balcony, pool is also a good option. There is a pier in 5 min walk, where you can have a swim in the morning. Will choose this apartment again.

Location and view

Unbeatable view. Walking distance to stores, bars, bakery, old town Kotor. Pool was great, host was wonderful, apartment well appointed. Also has parking, which is hard to come by in this area. Easy access to bay.

Bit dated The shower cubicle was leaking very badly which mean we had to use the hand shower over the bath or use the leaking shower cubicle and cover the floor with towels and wash them every day - . We did advise the owners who were aware of the problem but hadn’t had time to get it repaired

Milena was really helpful meeting us at the apartment straight from our flight and staying in touch by WhatsApp throughout our stay if there was anything we needed. All very relaxed. The apartment was lovely and suited four of us very well. There were lots of nice touches such as a bottle of wine and sun cream. The pool was ideal as there aren't any beaches close by. It is an easy 20 minute walk into Kotor old town. It's handy to have a car, but it takes a bit of getting used to the way people drive on roads with nothing between the edge of the tarmac and the sea! It's worth taking the scenic and exciting drive up to the restaurant which overlooks Kotor bay - amazing spot at sunset.

The easiest way into the apartment is through the door straight into one of the bedrooms which might be off-putting depending upon who you stay with, but we found it was fine. The doors were a little tricky on occasion.

We stayed in this accommodation at the beginning of May. We stayed there for 4 nights. Everything was really nice! We had everything we need for our holiday and more. The hostess was really kind! The view from the balcony is great, and in my opinion, that's the heart of the apartment. The apartment is very close to the main road (30m) but still a bit upper placed on the hill, so the view of the bay is great. The balcony is really wide. The furniture on the balcony is comfortable, so we spent our mornings there. Coffee with a view! There is free parking in front of the building, so it's also a very good plus! The kitchen is equipped with all the things you probably need and more. There is even a cigar cutter. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bed size is good and it's comfortable. In front of the apartment, there is a pool that can be used by guests of the apartment. To summarize 5/5, chose this apartment and enjoy your stay in Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor!
