Location was perfect, other than the bar downstairs being loud at times. Lucky, we have a fairly thick skin and can deal with it fine. A great apartment base to walk through the old town.

Pub downstairs can be loud until 12 midnight each night.

Everything was just fine. Keep in mind that it’s better to enter the first gate you see when you come from bus station not the main gate.

The property was spacious, clean, fully equipped and even had a dish of candy, which we truly appreciated. The host was fantastic too, so accommodating, thank you !

I was there with my wife in June 2023. Very nice apartment, as well as the owner of the house. There is everything for the convenience of living in this apartment! I have only the most positive impression. Many thanks to Marko for his hospitality. Thank you for not refusing us a small request. If I'm in this city again, I'll live only here.

+ great location in the old city (still far enough from the crowd of tourists and the noise) + big apartment (big bed, big sofa) + equipped kitchen + super nice host who facilitated our early check in and provided great tips for good places to eat + clear instructions how to get to the apartment

- too many stairs to get to the apartment (our guest was very kind and helped us with our bags...but to be considered in case you need to carry a big suitcase or have limited mobility)

Excellent location in the old town. Excellent communication and support from the host (he led the the bus stop for Perast). Excellent facilities, and comfort. Tastefully decorated. Heaps of spare linen etc. Spacious, quiet, with all the add ons like washing powder. Really good shower.
