Apartments SOUTH NEST

The location and the view from the balcony.

There was not private parking as they say in booking. Only in the street outside the building if you were lucky to find. Next to the apartment were a construction of a new building so we had noise and workers just outside the window. Very small kitchen area. But the worst thing of all was the host . He is the most unfriendly and rude host I ever met . Because I didn’t read carefully all the instructions of the fees that every guest has to pay as a a tourist tax , expressed himself in a very strict and rude manner, sending continuous underlined the points of his message that I should have studied and know what I should do. When on the day of our departure I begged him to pay the tax for us and to leave the €8 in the apartment, because it was raining heavily and it was very very difficult to get into the old town, where the payment office was and I told him that we had to do 1000 kilometers to reach our home in Greece, he told me that it is on our way and that we should pass and do it. In order to be consistent and after we got wet in the rain we got there. The employee asked me what the name of the owner was because the payment had to be made in his name. I told him that I don't know so he called him to ask. The owner then laughed loudly and ironically and sent me his name again underlined in the message he had sent at the arrival and I hadn't noticed. He texted me again called me “madame who constantly creates problems”. Finally the payment was made in our names and we left 1 hour late for our big trip. After all this trouble for the €8, he had the audacity to ask me for copies of the payment. Note that the cost of the reservation was 208€, which included the 8€ of tax. Also note that outside the apartment we did not have internet on our mobile phones but we had to carefully read the messages he was sending immediately. At the end he texted me to say “good luck” obviously for my behavior !!!

The apartment was spotless and had amazing views. Aircon was really effective in all rooms.

The shower attachment needs to be high like a shower. It was difficult to shower.

Good sized apartment in good location. Easy to walk into the old town (approximately 35 mins). Good view from balcony. Communication easy with the owner. We had a great stay.

The place is new and very nice, all clean and well decorated, the view from the balcony is amazing, the kitchen is very well equipped and the whole apartment is decorated nicely.

There is a construction site next to the building and the noise started a bit early and woke us up

Apartment is fabulous, and there is literally everything you would ever need for a longer stay. Free parking on the street. And balcony has an amazing view.

Nothing really, it was exceptional.

Apartments location is very good. View is amazing. Most importantly apartment was incredibly clean and beds were really comfortable. We highly recommend.

Nothing to unlike.

Everything was perfect. We will definitely go back there. Strongly recommends. The most beautiful apartment we stayed in.
