Music late at night

We did not get the apartment we booked. It seems the host has 2 apartments next to each other and uses one as an overflow. That apartment has scuffed, secondhand furniture, no washing machine, no stove top only 1 hot plate. Most of the amenities advertised are not there. The dented pots are below the dirty sink. Missing lightbulbs. The bed is very hard and caused me back problems. No courtyard, garden or mountain view. There is no front desk. We left after 1 night because the conditions were so bad. We would like a refund for the 2nd night.
