The apartment is in a good condition, functional and well equipped, A/C works really good, the host was friendly and mostly helpful. The location is in the very city center, close to bars and restaurants and other attractions. The apartment offers parking, but I didn't use it.

You are in the historic city center, no car access - even not for taxis, need to walk (nobody told me that in advance, no info). The noise is very strong, especially on the weekend, even if all the windows shut. The equipment is all basic and cheapo, don't expect any luxury. There is a window, but no view - since the adjacent building is very close.

Rara was great

Perfect location, very comfortable matress, duvets, pillows, coffee, tea, water in the room, parking 300 m from accommodation, all needed facilities and comfort. Very clean and luxury. Amazing host with all information provided in advance and valuable recommendations on spot, thank you Rara! If I visit Kotor again - definitely will choose same location!

Only a smell from cigarettes from the corridor, but nothing disturbing.

Spacious room with high painted ceiling in a beautiful historic apartment in the middle of the old town of Kotor. Large kitchen with dining room is part of the apartment. Rara was very helpful and nice and even picked us up at the parking lot. Because of the precarious parking situation in the city, the private parking lot is extremely practical. Perfect accommodation to visit amazing Kotor.

There is heavy smoking in the corridor. There are parties in the area at night. This is not the fault of the host, who, on the contrary, tries to get the authorities to respect quiet hours and provides earplugs.

Gaga was extremely helpful as well as friendly in telling us what was available in the area to see.

Tavern across the street that played music til 1:00 am. Get a room in back so you don’t hear anything. Beds on the hard side.

The host Rara was so friendly and helpful. He met us just outside Kotor old town and showed us where to park in a secure allocated area. This was a huge bonus as parking in Kotor is difficult and expensive. The apartment is located right in the old town very near the cat square and gateway. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning, fridge and a beautiful ceiling mural. Tea, fruit and water were also provided. Thank you. Rara recommended where we should eat and other tips like where the start of the Kotor Ladder instead of paying for the entrance to the fortress. Thank you. We had a lovely 4 nights here and it was a great base to explore the bay and peninsulas.

It wasn't a problem for us but as it's in the old town there are a few bars nearby with loud music playing quite late. Take earplugs if noise bothers you!

It is in the middle of the old center. It makes you experience the beauty of the old city of Kotor at all moments of the day. Host arranged a parking space close to Royal House. Very kind and helpfull guy.

Since it is the center, there can be loud music from bars in the street. It is the price you pay for being in the center.
