place de parking très appréciable car au bord de la vieille ville. La situation de l'hébergement permet de se rendre en moins de 2 minutes dans la vieille ville.

The hosts, Nikola and his mum were both helpful and lovely. The thick stone walls and air conditioning was welcome in the extreme heat. The bed was comfortable too. Nikola arranged our taxi to the airport.

There was only one knife in the cutlery drawer. Other than that no complaints.

River gateに近く、旧市街にすぐに行ける立地にあり、門の外のミニマートや肉屋で安く買い物もできた。Camelliaモールも近く、大きいスーパーも入っていて便利でした。 ベッド、バスルーム、キッチンもきれい。 オーナーもWhatsAppですぐに対応してくれて、（おすすめの店やツアーの紹介等も）快適な滞在でした。 近くの肉屋のグリルしてくれる肉とチーズが美味しかった。

基本的にはないですが、強いて言えばエアコンがメインの部屋に1台なので、3人だと寝る間の温度調節が面倒でした。 あとシャワーのお湯量が限られているので、3人では節約しないと最後に足りなくなりました。2人ならどちらも問題ないです。

Uma barulheira bem cedo um dia depois que chegamos parecendo de construção em cima do apto e achei a casa muito escura com pouca entrada de luz

Excellent location in close proximity to the old town north gate. Very good views of Kotor fortress and surrounding mountain ranges. Nikola and his family were very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The room itself was perfectly sized for 2 people, and well equipped.

Nikola met us to show where to park and then showed us the apartment as well as providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat - much appreciated. We had an early tour on our checkout day and Nikola was very flexible in allowing us to leave our car parked until we returned after noon. Thank you

Geweldige locatie, op steenworp afstand van de oude stad en tegenover de start van de ladder van Cattero (wandelpad). Het appartement heeft alles wat we nodig hadden. En we konden er onze auto parkeren.

Отлично местоположение и сравнително чисто. Добра комуникация с домакините. Имаше осигурен паркинг безплатно. През нашето пътешествие резервирахме 6 различни места за настаняване и това беше единственото ни разочарование. Първото неприятно впечатление беше от външния вид на къщата, в сайта снимката е различна. Ще сложа реална снимка. Настаниха ни в приземно помешение с каменни стени и прозорчета с решетки. Тъмно, сумрачно. Ако някой търси подобна автенична атмосфера е чудесно, но ако си информиран предварително. Холът не е уютен, ако искаш да поседнеш на кафе или чаша бита на дивана, разположението не е комфортно. Спалните са малки. Куфарът ни беше на земята, трябваше да го прескачаме. Едната част на леглото ни беше опряна в стената, а "нощното шкафче" от другата беше столче, на което се събира само нощна лампа. Не бихме препоръчали, въпреки че наистина е много близко до стария град. Следващ път бих търсила място в частта около пристанището.

Apartment Ana is a beautiful apartment close to the north gate of the fort. The apartment is very spacious, clean and has great cooking facilities. It is so close to the Ladder of Kotor walking trail, restaurants, supermarket and bakeries. We would definitely stay again.

We had a really nice stay in Kotor. Nikola, the host, met us at the front door, helped us with our luggage, and showed us the parking spot for our car around to the back. He was very kind and had really great recommendations for places to eat in town -- every single place he told us about was excellent. He also recommended a tour company for a boat cruise on the bay with someone he knows. The apartment itself has an excellent location -- it's the main reason we opted for this particular place. It was very handy to walk a few minutes and be right in the old city but with the ease of being just a little distant from the main tourist crowds and with free, secure parking to boot. The apartment has a little kitchenette, which we didn't really use, but appreciated having a refrigerator and counter space. Fast wifi

It was not an issue for us, but the apartment does require going up stairs so this is not accessible for someone who is mobility impaired. The apartment is also quite cozy, especially in the bedroom and bathroom -- fine for two people with moderate quantities of luggage, but it could be a tight fit otherwise. There is an A/C unit in the living room area, which keeps the entire space at a good temperature, but it means that there is limited options for air movement in the bedroom itself (which we managed with an open window, but that may not be as convenient depending on outside conditions).
