Location was great, communication with host was exceptional

A bit small for a group of three, but not uncomfortable

The location was great. The studio is complete with all one needs for a long stay vs hotel room. Has washer, cookware, etc. Room is small as with other Japan venues. Host was very nice. Had a little inconvenience paying the accommodation tax with cash as I did not have enough change at end of 12 days stay. All entry and exit are electronically coded. No attendant. But host was very patience in helping with accommodation tax balance payment then after. It is in a very good location, 10 minutes walk to the best of Kyoto. Apt is clean. It was a good place. I do recommend for all to try

Very cute apartment, close to subway station, just 2 stops from Kyoto station and also walking distance to Gion. Perfect for one or two persons on a short time stay. Has a washer on the balcony, small place to cook meals (although a place to put the clean dishes to dry would be nice or some cotton towels to wipe them). The bathroom was on the small size, but was well equipped. The host was responsive and gave very detailed infirmation about how to get there and how to check in. It was warm, the AC was on when I got there. Overall, very nice stay.

Missing dome cotton towels for the kitchen, bathroom might be a little small for a taller person.

location is great, near train and bus, only 5 mins walk. A lot of shops around to eat Little bit small but have everything that need such as kitchen, washing machine,... the last is the pice not expensive, worth it

The host has taken the time to make a infomation booklet that was very insightful for those unknown to the Area, seasonal activities and general guide to utilities and emergency contact infomation. Very HIGHLY recommend to anyone who visits to stay here! Hello kitty themed room is a bonus!
