"I would like a partial refund !!!"

Location

No toilet paper !!!!! No salt & pepper, soi sauce??? One extra pillow with NO PILLOW SLIP !!!!! I have had a vacation rental. It is EASY to provide little things that make your guests comfortable. ONLY ONE TOWEL PER PERSON. Washing machine DOES NOT WORK !!!!! We stayed 17 days!!!!! I would like a partial refund !!!!!

地理位置很好（公車比地鐵方便），自助入住也簡潔易懂，客服人員的解說非常詳細。

看得出來房屋已經有些年頭，但環境整潔可以再加強。洗衣機的蓋子壞掉了，要打開的時候有點不方便。浴室的窗溝有點噁⋯還有冷氣吹出來的風有陳年臭味（可能我嗅覺比較敏感）。

It’s an apartment, everything was great. There’s no staff downstairs, so you get instructed via email how to get your kea to get inside. Very clean, good AC, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. It’s great there’s a handbook for guests with all the instructions and info how to use electric appliances.

Noise isolation might be a bit poor, but we were lucky with the neighbours, so didn’t get any problem with it.

Extremely convenient location - very close to bus stop, convenience store (family Mart, 7-eleven, welcia and few more) and close to metro station too. Room was very spacious, there was a balcony too! Check in process was a breeze! Overall, highly recommended!
