Wir wurden mit einer Schale mit frischem Obst auf dem Tisch empfangen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung grosszügig und modern eingerichtet. Gleich über die Strasse ist der Strand.

Location absolutely fantastic, close to all local tourist sights, and nice view. Apartment spacious and comfortable. Balcony’s nice, with nice seating. Kitchen well stocked. Good size fridge. Spare bedding available. Apartment clean.

There were a lot of ants in the kitchen, I accept that this is part of Cyprus life, we live here so I know they are unavoidable, but the spray stocked in the kitchen to help the control them was empty so come the morning we were overrun with ants with nothing to get rid of them.

We absolutely loved the apartment! The location is excellent, and we were particularly impressed with the wonderful view from the terrace, as well as the terrace itself. The design is very charming, and we really appreciated the thoughtful details. It truly has everything one could need for a weekend stay. The windows are fantastic, effectively blocking out street noise and keeping the cool air from the air conditioning perfectly contained. Plus, there were no issues with parking whatsoever.

You'd only find downsides if you were being extremely picky. The accommodation itself isn't brand new, and there are some minor imperfections, but these absolutely don't affect your stay or comfort during the nights.

Koula was brilliant on communication. We arrived late, good directions and key left for us. Flat was spotless, roomy, beautifully decorated with a large balcony overlooking Latchi. Any problems(we couldn't get the induction hob to work)Koula came round and sorted it.Price was very reasonable, especially for the location. Would highly recommend.

The host had thoughtfully provided a heater for chilly evenings and blankets for the sofa. The location was really good. It could have been great , the space /rooms good. Easy parking. As our flight was late in the day, our host let us stay till 12.30

Most rooms in the apartment showed damp spores. Attempts to hide the damp problem and problem with the woodwork were unsightly and ineffective. The bathroom, which has no windows, had a broken fan and was poorly lit. The balcony in march didn't get the sun at all. But good chairs.
