Graviana - Pedra Negra Charming House

Location was good & there was free parking closed by. The laundry facilities was a bonus. The view of the sea from the balcony was spectacular.

Good locations close to the sea, though note that you need to pay for the pools nearby. Lovely reception by Ana and nice decor/interior design of the property.

It is very small, especially for what you pay. It is basically a studio/single room where the kitchen and bathroom are each around 1 m away from the bed, and only a small table in the middle so if it's bad weather you are quite stuck. Also note that the patio/garden shown is shared with all of the guests, and people will regularly pass in front of the windows/doors to the patio. Which are the only windows so if you want some privacy you'll need to keep the curtains down/can't really keep the doors open for fresh air. As others mentioned the laundry room is right next to it and you can hear other guests going in and out/doing laundry late at night. ] We also had problems with the car rental agency that was arranged by the host, so do not recommend that.
