Perfect for one or two guests. All necessities available. Some minor details: Bread toaster needs replacing. No hob instructions. Don't close the front door without the key in your hand!

Communication with the host was very good. Keys located in a lock box, easy to get in and sorted. Property amenities included a fan which was not evident upon arrival but quick message to host and it was there by the evening when we needed it.

Localisation is good, near to the coast and beach.

TWO COCKROACHES under the bed.

Location - Excellent! The Bed was extremely comfortable - everything is as it is in the pictures - it was very clean as well- nice and easy to pick up the keys and there is plenty of free on street parking below. Would def come and stay here again.

The only was the toilet seat is a little broken - but we did notify the owner who offered to come over within an hour - We declined this as it did no bother us - so I'm sure it'll be fixed for the next guests

for end of season great value for the studio and location

since no airconditioning, we had to keep open the windows. because of this a lot of nois from peope passing by in early morning. first morning the naighbour decided to renovate with powertools. since no bugnets on the window, some mosqitos were coming in. was not the best sleep
