we hebben geen enkel contact gehad met de eigenaar hoewel we verder niets te kort kwamen

D’abord c’était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. À proximité de tout à la marche en 10 min. (Plage, marina, épicerie). Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour! Nous recommandons fortement!

L'appartement est propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Le site est super surtout la piscine pour les journées chaudes. La propriétaire est très sympathique et elle répond rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

The condo was large and air conditioned. So much space for us. The pool was amazing and the view as well. We quickly became familiar with the area which was so close to everything. The marina was a only a minutes walk and there were great restaurants there. I’d return in a heart beat.

Really there is nothing to say. It was a fantastic experience all around.

Zum Angebot gehört auch die Angabe, dass es sich um ein sechsstöckiges Gebäude handelt. Das sollte in der Produktbeschreibung auch genannt werden und war mir nicht klar. Es handelt sich um einen riesigen Wohnblock mit zig Wohneinheiten.

I would highly recommend apartment. Spotlessly clean and well presented. Bed lovely and comfortable, everything you could want, very well equipped. Lots of towels available , everything you could need available. Excellent balcony and so well equipped. Pools clean and no issues in September with getting a sun bed, friendly staff in Mathilda snack bar. Nothing not to like. Wherever you are in Lagos, you need to walk to places, we were 10 minutes walk to Marina and beach in opposite directions, walk to old town a good 20 minute walk, but well worth it, very good seafood there. Taxi back if needed only 4 euros. Good trips out available from marina, a lovely place to relax and people watch.

Very very small annoying issue, detachable shower head holder does not stay in position so shower head falls down, constantly, if that sorted it was excellent. Main estate issue ( NOT apartment) cobbles can be uneven as tree roots naturally push them up, very easy not to see and a trip hazard for those with mobility issues, so this could be addressed by estates department. As with everywhere, a lot of development going on in the area, so many cranes visible and there can be work noise in the day currently. But again, this separate to apartment. If you don’t have a car, and you want to self cater, a long walk to a supermarket, if doing a big shop would need a taxi back , but would not be expensive.

Person in office could have been more knowledgeable. I asked if there was a washer. He said you had to go to supermarket for machines
