Cosy holiday apartment in Lagos

Appartamento completo di ogni cosa, molto bello ed accogliente, bagno grande, in tranquilla via, all angolo con via pedonale molto frequentata, in pieno centro, possibilità di parcheggio in vie vicine ,subito fuori dalle mura.

All angolo della via c'è un locale The Tavern, che mette musica fino a mezzanotte,l una. Non fanno le ore piccole, ma se volete andare a letto alle 22:30 potrebbe darvi noia, soprattutto alla camera che da sulla via, l' altra più interna si sente meno.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y estaba muy muy limpio. La zona es preciosa, nos quedaba a 35 minutos de Praia da Rocha (la zona del festival) pero valió la pena quedarnos en Lagos.

El único punto negativo que pondría es que las ventanas no tienen persianas y las cortinas no tapan mucho así que por las mañanas entra demasiada luz.

Volgende keer zou het fijn zijn als er doekjes zijn waarmee we de keuken af kunnen doen en zeep. Verder hadden we pech dat er werd geboord. Dit zou fijn zijn om even aangegeven te hebben

Center of town

The staff was friendly to help check in, but was not available to answer any questions after that. The apartment had multiple issues- leaky fridge causing water puddle forning in the kitchen, mulfunctioning coffee machine, water leaking on the balcony ( constant puddle of water in the middle), roach infestation, no sheets for couch, only one cover available for 4 people advertised. Staff was not available to answer calls or messages on time. We had to buy our own toilet paper as only 2 small rolls were provided for 5 days of our stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Fair amenities in the appartement.

Although fairly clean, the apartment is on the ground floor of a building with questionable cleanliness. It’s in a loud and smelly side street next to bars. When I say smelly street, I mean day old food, occasional roaches and urine (from drunk people finishing their nights in adjoining bars). There were garbage bags on the sidewalk next to the entrance when we got there. Not very welcoming. The street is also very loud, impossible to sleep at night. As for the apartment itself, it’s decent. The main shower head wasn’t working and there was an intermittent sewage smell in the flat. the contact we were given took over 24 hours to respond and asked if we wanted him to come check things out. By that time we were leaving the next day and were using the smaller shower head anyway. There’s no AC in the bedrooms, the AC in the living room is strong enough that it cools the bedrooms when the doors are open, but then the living room becomes icy cold. I would only recommend this flat for young students on a budget who want to party in the neighbouring pubs and don’t mind the smells and the noise. It was a little too dodgy for us.

Very central with a lot of good food options. Close to a lot of beaches.

Proximity to Center of the city and cleanliness .

Suggestions… a black out curtain in one room. Extra pillows Dish towels since we did not use the dish washer.
