Friendly House

Very comfortable bed. We used the back bedroom. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. Good communication with owner. 5 minutes walk, up hill, from local amenities, supermarket, bus station and restaurants.

The oven had been temporarily remove as it was broken and temporarily replaced with an ancient microwave.

Great position, close to town. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. Very clean and well presented.

Great location and quite a lot of space in the apartment. Kids each had their own room, and we could make quick meals in the kitchen. Very close to all areas of town, close enough to come back during the day to freshen up for our evening out.

The lock was broken on the patio door facing the street, important considering it is only one floor up. I was able to partially fix with an Allen key, but this is something that I noticed right away and I hope gets properly fixed.

Nice newer apartment, large size. Nice balconies. Washing machine and dishwasher are good to have. Location wasn't the closest to the beaches but was basically 20mins walk to both beach areas.

Very noisy despite being somewhat far from the center, lots of loud local traffic. Lots of noise coming from downstairs unit and hallway. Hosts were unaccommodating overall: -Asked them to check-in early with 2 young kids, they said no. We got to property early anyway and the place was ready so they just didn't want to help us. -Asked them for a baby crib, they said they didn't have one. We bought one and asked them if they wanted to buy it from us for future guests when we were done, they said they already had one (??). -No coffee on the property, lame!!

Comfortable, basic and reasonably priced accomodation for a group in Lagos! Couch bed was good and had it’s own room. Air con in every room too!

Missing a few basics and about 1km from the centre of town but was not an issue for us. Bathroom is a bit tight for 6 people. Very simple accomodation but did the job !
