Apartment is excellent- very clean, very spacious, comfortable, very well equipped. Location is super-a quiet area close to beaches, bar, restaurant and within easy walking distance of town. It was helpful to have found some basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt and coffee to get started. Communications with the letting agency were efficient and clear. We would return here.

A little flexibility with checking in or dropping bags a bit earlier would have been greatly appreciated. It was a hot day and we arrived earlier than expected. However, check in time was 15.00, and we received door code approx five minutes earlier, so this was entirely within the booking conditions.

Greatly enjoyed this wonderful apartment for two-weeks in January. The apartment is 10 minute walk to Lagos center and 10 minute walk to beach; plus 5 minute walk to the wonderful boardwalk trails of the coastline. Spar grocery right next door and other larger groceries within a 20 minute walk. The wifi worked fantastic all over the apartment. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with quality pots/pans, utensils, tupperware, etc; which made cooking a joy. The separate spaces allowed us to heat only the rooms we wanted; the apartment felt very large for two people. The shower was hot (though very steamy without strong ventilation). Host was communicative and even offered a mid-stay cleaning. Sadly, we could not utilize the balcony as much as we would have liked, as it was January and the patio did not get direct sunlight. All in all, this was a fantastic experience that I can highly recommend (especially given the discount off-season pricing in January).

Very clean and spacious. Well equipped with everything you would need. Bed was comfortable

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our family (4 adults). My sister and I shared a sofa which isn’t ideal but was fine for a short period of time. Parents shared the bed which is huge! The apartment is very specious and has everything you need including a beach umbrella. Maybe our favourite thing was a terrace. As apartment located in a downtown in a house where all the neighbours are locals it is very quiet at night. It takes 5-7 mins to get to the main streets of old town and 10 mins to the beautiful Estudantes beach, shop is in the building in front. We recommend a local cafe nearby Caffetaria Baluarte for a morning coffee and local pastries 😊

Very comfortable, very quiet apartment in a great location just outside the old town walls. There's a grocery store a half block away for easy supplies. Apartment was very clean, besides the balcony which had a lot of sand - a bummer because every time we went out on it, we tracked sand back into the apartment. A/C in living room and bedroom. The whole place was comfortable and spacious, with lots of places to put stuff, and in a great location. Overall a great stay.

You are expected to buy your own toilet paper and dish soap - two items often covered by other similar rentals, so just a heads up on that. The bottom sheet on the bed was actually a top sheet, so it kept scrunching up over the course of a night, which was annoying; othrwise, the bed was very comfortable. This didn't bother us a bit, but one should be aware that this is on the 2nd floor (3 floors up) and there's no elevator. There is a weird paucity of outlets in the apartment, with not a single outlet in the bathroom (!!!), so had to use the hair dryer in the bedroom, which was also low on outlets. The only bummer for us was the communication with the owners. They were slow to respond, and didn't deliver an item that was missing from the kitchen as promised. But they were very nice. Finally, parking is not impossible, but neither is it easy. It took us so long to find a space that once we did, we decided not to move the car for the duration of our stay. We rented in August; maybe outside of this time it's easier.

Very good location and very clean. Lovely big balcony and local shops and cafes nearby.

Our only issue was that in our opinion, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all and we had terrible sleep in it. Due to this, I would only recommend the apartment to a couple (big double bed) and not anyone planning on using the sofa bed.

Well appointed with everything needed to self cater. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets were provided. A problem with the kettle was quickly addressed by the team. Easy access to the centre and food outlets.
