Apartamento Ferreirinha

Loved the spacious apartment, its location. Close to everything. Alex, our host, was so accommodating and accessible. Highly recommend.

There was no breakfast provided. The location was perfect! It was close to all of the restaurants, shopping, the beach, and the harbor where we could take our boat trip to go out kayaking by the caves. It was also close to the train station, although we took an Uber with our luggage. The host left us some fresh fruit, cheese, crackers, and wine. He was very gracious, and spent some time with us telling us where places were.

The second bedroom did not have much for storage. One couple had to put their clothes in the drawers in the living room. The bathroom towels were just OK.

Alexandre was great with keeping in contact before we got there, met us on time when we arrived, and showed us around the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful. Very spacious. The location is great and the building very secure. Alexandre was also very happy to let us leave our luggage in his office after we checked out until we left the city. The office is about a block from the apartment, which is nice.

The dining area could have been a bit larger, but the layout of the house didn't really allow for much more. It was not an issue for us because we ate most of our meals out. If you had four people there, who wanted to also eat there, it would be a consideration. There was some noise from the streets at night, but the place was well soundproofed, and if you're staying in the center of a city you have to expect some noise. It was not an issue for us.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in the amazing location, central to everything. Much bigger than we expected, two separate bedrooms and showers were a huge plus with three teenagers. Very lovely and thoughtful of the owner to leave a welcome gift for us.

The location is perfect. Close to everything, big, great for a family of four. We loved it, and the magnet, cheese and wine left for us were just a plus! We also loved that it has a washing machine. Alexandre was always nice and recommended a very good place for us to eat oysters.

Nothing! I loved everything, but I would suggest they arrange something to keep the window in the back (close to the washing machine) open. The apartment can be hot, especially during the day, but if you open the balcony door and the window in the back, the temperature inside is great! But it is hard do keep the window in the back open.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location! Walking distance to every major attraction, restaurants and supermarkets.

We had a perfect stay at apartamento ferreirinha! The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and centrally located. Alex welcomed us very nicely and took his time to explain everything in the apartment. It was a very comfortable stay and we highly recommend this apartment!

There is nothing we did not like. Everything was perfect.
