I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It had everything a home needs in terms of kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, and cups. The apartment is very spacious and well-ventilated. The location is good—not in the hustle and bustle of Lagos, but very convenient for getting around. It's within walking distance to the marina, and there are restaurants, bakeries, and markets nearby. The garage is small and tight, so we opted not to use it; parking on the street around the area was easy and free. The only issue we encountered was with the Wi-Fi, which wasn't working initially, and we had to wait for the service provider to come and fix it, leaving us without internet for about three days. However, the hostess was very helpful and did everything she could to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication regarding our arrival (3) were all in French - we are English and do not speak French. Despite responding 3 times to this effect but giving our estimated time of arrival no one was there to meet us. If it had not been for the help of the taxi driver and a local estate agent we we would still be waiting access to the apartment. It took nearly 1 hour to find anyone representing the owner to gain access. We have used Booking.com in the past without problems but we began to wonder whether this booking was legitimate. There were also issues with kitchen door accessing balcony - we took everything via the bedroom because we could not get out of the kitchen door. Not our best Booking.com experience.

Very big appartment, nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a supermarket a 5 minutes walk away and two bakeries downstairs. The city center and the marina are also 5 minutes away by foot. We spent a lot of time outside on the sunny balcony. There's a garage in the basement but our car didn't fit. However, there are plenty of free parking places in front and around the building.

The bathrooms are not well ventilated and there's constantly a bad smell coming from the drain.

It is clean. Good location. Spacious. Safe and quiet.

It was how the lady who welcome us introduced the apartment: "There is one bed and there are two beds. It is the password of the WiFi." She speaks fluent English. Could I need her help to see one bed or two beds? The important information she did not tell us: 1. How to turn on the heat. It took us a while to find out that the heat came from the air conditioner. In our country, Air conditioner is for cooling. Heater is for heating. 2. How to operate the oven and stove. The appliances are European. We could not understand the letters and numbers shown on the oven and stove. 3. She did not tell us where the manuals of appliances are located. We discovered the manuals after one day. 4. She did not instruct us how to use the fireplace. It is dangerous if some guests misuse the fireplace. We found that she was unhelpful. This apartment is completely mismanaged based on the following points: 1. Two light bulbs in the kitchen have gone and were not replaced. See the photos attached. Only two light bulbs out of 4 worked. 2. The clock in the kitchen stopped and the battery was out. 3. From Booking.com, free toiletries will be provided. We only got a small piece of soap. Where are the shampoo and conditioner? 4. A box of laundry powder was put next to the laundry machine but the label of that laundry powder clearly indicated that it was not for laundry machine. See the photo attached. 5. No detergent for the dish washing machine was provided. With no detergent, the dish washing machine is useless. We were only provided a small bottle of detergent for washing our dishes by hand. 6. The bottles for liquid soap in bathroom are empty with no soap. In one bottle, water was put in instead of liquid soap. 7. The batteries in one of the remote control of the air conditioner are out. The control did not work. See the photos attached. 8. One of the cooking pots in the kitchen is not situable for induction stove.
