Lagos Workation Apartment

Clean, modern and spacious.

There is no parking in the building.

The property was as shown on the pictures, very nice, spacious and clean.

We had a bit of difficulty to find the property and the apartment keys, probably because we didn’t know the area and we are not used to the key box system. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Size was excellent

No pool or safe ,

The location was excellent and quiet. The unit was very roomy. The property management company was immediately responsive when we requested a new frying pan as the coating on the ones in the unit were very scratched. As well, they brought us a corkscrew when asked. Any time we emailed the host or property management company the responses were timely. This was greatly appreciated.

The lighting was a problem for us as we like to read. There were no lamps on the end tables beside the couch and chairs in the livingroom so we had to move a desk lamp from the bedroom to the livingroom in order to read at night. The bedside lamps only offered dim lighting so we could not read in bed. There were a couple of burnt out light bulbs in the wall sconces which didn't help matters. There was only one dish towel and no dish cloth in the kitchen. Also, I don't know if this is common in Europe but there were no face cloths provided with the bath towels. On the whole the kitchen was well stocked. We would have appreciated a fly swatter and some lids for the pots. We were there for a month and had to go out to buy cleaning supplies as none were supplied with in the unit. As a result, we winded up leaving them behind for the next group. These are small issues that can be easily resolved and definitely did not have a significant impact on our stay. We will definitely try to book the same unit again when we return to Lagos.
