Studio Marina View by Seewest

Love everything about this apartment. The favourite is the balcony, you get a lovely view of Lagos. It is quiet at night, the facilities are perfect. Staff was amazing and friendly. We arrived quite early that day, and she was very kind to let us go in before the check in time.

Dis n̈ pragtige plek. Loopafstand en baie maklik bereikbaar vanaf die treinstasie en busstasie. Ons kon stap na alles wat ons wou doen en sien. Ons het die balkon met die uitsig op die marine baie geniet. Ons kan die plek regtig aanbeveel.

Meer en stywer kussing om op te slaap asb. Daar was net 1 per persoon en dit was baie pap en dun.

Amazing location for the marina, beaches and old town. Very easy to find and nearby free parking as per recommendation.

Check in process was chore complicated than needed and we did not get the entry code on time so we had to wait outside for 5 mins on arrival. Otherwise no issues and would certainly recommend or stay again!

Apartment is in a great location, directly opposite the Marina and a short walk to the Old Town and all the restaurants.There is an excellent wine shop next door selling a large variety of Portuguese wines and a Pingo Doce nearby to buy fruit ,waters etc. The apartment has a balcony which is great to sit on and watch the activities in the Marina while the sun sets. It is close to the departure point for the boat cruises. It is very clean. It has a washing machine and air conditioning and is very quiet once the balcony doors are closed.

On arrival, the door to the building was broken which made our entry difficult. I sent a message to the agency who were really good and a few hours later it had been repaired. There is an apartment a few doors down from the unit we stayed in which is being renovated and there is lots of dust and construction noise during the day. Overall, the apartment block is old. The paint is peeling in the corridors and there are signs of dampness. The apartment itself could do with a refresh as it is looking a bit tired.

I loved this apartment. It had everything you could possibly want. I used the washing machine to do some laundry after 10 days of travel. There was also a drying rack. The bed was super comfortable. All appliances were easy to operate and had operating instructions if in doubt. The lift was also appreciated. The location was perfect, offering a perfect view of the Marina.

Everything was perfect! Lovely location. Clean fully equipped apartment. Very comfortable.

There were very noisy neighbours, especially during the night

Die Unterkunft ist funktional ausgestattet; es ist im Grunde alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht (Küchenutensilien, etc.). Der Balkon ist zum Hafen ausgerichtet, was einen wunderschöne Aussicht bietet. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen.

Beim Betreten der Unterkunft schlug uns sofort ein penetranter Schimmelgeruch entgegen. Nachdem wir versuchten zu lüften, wurde dieser durch einen deutlichen Uringeruch abgelöst. Sehr unangenehm. Das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Überall war Schimmel zu finden, was nicht nur unschön, sondern auch gesundheitlich bedenklich ist. Aufgrund der hygienischen Mängel und der unangenehmen Gerüche können wir diese Unterkunft absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir werden hier definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.
