Casa Avenida

The location was brilliant close to the marina & close to old town x large property with balcony. All perfect in kitchen (must remember bring egg cups next time ) very clean & comfortable beds

Property not easy to find luckily Sandra was waiting outside for us & friends brought us had found the property before we arrived . After evening out we found the property difficult to find in the dark . No indication outside that it was Avenida !! Also when inside & up flight of stairs we hadn’t a clue as to which door out of four was ours so ended up trying few doors until we found right one !! note to self make a note of the number next time x. All ok on following nights .Found it a little dark in hallway lights not easy to find x

Sandra was amazing. She was a kind and cordial host, the additional bedroom was a bonus as it made a great spot to read and nap.

Good location, clean and very comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Nothing it was all good .. maybe the bed could be upgraded

Host Sandra was excellent. Met us on the street near our car, found us a free parking space just steps from apartment. Always available, & easy to communicate with.

Night time motorcycle noise.

Perfect location close to all you need,roomy and well equipped

Wasn’t a real problem for me but as close to a main road traffic noise could be heard

Fantastic location overlooking the harbour . Big appartment lots to see on the balcony all day long .

Dont want to be negative as the place is great. However be aware there is no oven although its says there is one on booking.com . We stayed for a month so it was a little inconvenient. For a weeks stay maybe ok ...lots of restaurants near by.

It would have been great to have a table and chairs on the balcony.
