Marina Park Garden in Lagos

We were given a free gift pack with everything for breakfast and essential first arrival things like milk, coffee, jam.

Only minor fault is lack of light for bathroom mirror for shaving, etc.

Excellent apartment with all the facilities within 5 mins driving distance from Lagos city center

Lovely apartment. Spacious and great value, with a great view.

No problem for us - as we like walking - but the apartment was a pleasant 15 minute walk from the town.

We stayed here earlier in the year and enjoyed it so much we decided to return - after several days on the road knowing we were headed for a familiar apartment that perfectly suited our needs was very reassuring - and it was just as good the second time around. A secure underground parking space for our motorcycle is always very welcome, the Pingo Doce supermarket is within walking distance as is the town with all the restaurants, bars etc - there is also a small supermarket nearby that has fresh bread, croissants etc every morning. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable with an expansive balcony having possibly the best views on the complex. Access to the (large) pool is just a short walk away. Key handover was much more straightforward than our previous visit as we were more familiar with the arrangements - and we were grateful to be allowed an earlier access. Our host, Rui, was just as attentive as previously, all in all we enjoyed our stay immensely - next time we are in the Lagos area this apartment will be our first choice.

An issue with the drains outside led to some unpleasant smells but that in no way reflects on the accommodation. Walking down to town involves a big hill which didn't bother us to might some.
