Property is located next to a city center, railway station. Everything you need can be found inside - towels, kitchen stuff. The sound of passing trains did not really bother us. It's hearable but not disturbing. We were only two people staying, so it was enough space for us. If it's a bigger company - might be problems with privacy, cause it's more of an "open space" accomodation.

Water from the floor in the shower room ends up on the floor in the bathroom due to some technical mistake in drainage system. So, u'll either need sleepers or a towel to absorb it. Towels were provided in abundance. So for us it was not a problem.
