Newsagents Flat

Very clean, spacious and warm.

Instructions to property not very clear, have to get up an iron staircase. No coffee or milk and no basic hand soap or shower gel etc. I had been travelling for the last 4 nights, this is the first accommodation do not have these items. A little disappointed, try to travel light, therefore didn't carry all these liquid stuff.

It's really difficult to find. The 'directions' provided by Booking.com are wrong. The instructions provided by the owner might be ok ... if you're not trying to read a map at the time. I gather the Tweed shop is uncooperative in the matter of signage but a big yellow blob in the streetside window of the flat would be a good start. The Pier, the only restaurant in Lairg, advertises "open 7 days a week" ... but was closed!

good communication with the host, we appreciated the uncomplicated access to the flat via key box- even a late arrival is not a problem, huge flat with clean and cozy rooms, well equipped kitchen and a lovely view to the lake

Beautiful, modern, private and quiet. In a superb location.

Nothing about the flat. But we had a few mechanical issues, so arrived later than intended, on a Sunday, so couldn't get anything to eat.

Spacious, lovely location very comfortable, would happily return.

Would be helpful to know you need to go through the neighbors garden to access the property- perplexed us for a little while.
