Tron place

To be honest there was nothing other than closeness to amenities that I liked.

The flat itself requires a bit of TLC - stains on furniture, torn floor, torn lamps and just very tired in general. It was pretty clean. However, the building in which the flat is located is in my opinion not to an acceptable standard for paid accommodation to be placed. Run down from the outside, dingy inside with another maybe two or three flats sharing the building. On the four occasions that we came in and out of the building someone had left the 'secured entry' door opened. This was really worrying for me being there with a child and as it was on the doorstep of a pub with people hanging around outside. I appreciate that this is lower cost accommodation but I would expect to feel safe regardless of how much I paid. This was not for me and I would not return or recommend especially to those with children.

The contract with the host, Jason was prompt and considerate. The cosy environment and central location was ideal. A perfect price too.

Excellent location immediately opposite the station and in the middle of town. Despite being over a busy bar the property bedroom is high enough to be quiet and I only noticed a little noise at chucking out time as it was a 5 Nations crowd on Saturday night. Nothing wrong with the property at all if you're expecting an AirBnB style experience.

I would have liked a printed 'house rules' booklet with some basic instructions for the heating, WiFi, TV and other applicances. With a one night stay it was not an issue as I could get half of the heaters to work and that was fine and didn't need WiFi or TV or the kitchen stuff but if I had been staying for longer it would have been an issue.

The location was perfect. Although flat was over a pub, you couldn’t hear any noise at all.

Attention to detail, cupboard in bathroom needed filled, pedestal under sink needed filling, overall really nice flat

Too many stairs to climb plus couldn’t get any hot running water wasn’t the cleanest either was very disappointing the only good thing about this property was the location
