Warm comfortable very clean Had everything we needed for 2night stay

Parking We had to hope there was a parking space near the apartment It is public parking along the roadside As it happens we didn’t have any real problem

We sent an email directly to Pillow partners a few weeks ago to give our feedback about a few issues we had with our stay at the property, but we received no reply, so posting this feedback here instead. The process of our booking being passed on to the property managers Pillow Partners was laborious as we had to provide duplicate information we'd already providing in the booking process. They didn't seem to have all the information we had provided about number of guests etc. Although we send an extra email to re-confirm that we would be using the sofa bed, the bedding for this was not ready for us when we arrived at the property. The cleanliness was not great everywhere - some of the kitchen crockery was not clean and there were nail clippings on the carpet on the floor in the bedroom. Cleanliness elsewhere was fine.

Location location location! Great little apartment right in the centre of town but very quiet. All amenities available too. Was a fantastic stay

Good location I like the kitchen and sitting room area the most children loved it too. My husband like the shower. Nice garden Everything was explained via email and writing.

Location was excellent. Table tops / counters, floors ect were very clean. Plenty of room and sockets with usb ports which is handy as well as a smart tv.

Could have done with a deep clean. Sofa has ground in dirt, rug has ground in dirt, ther is an iron but no ironing board. Bath room has no extractor and mould has built up quite badly into the shower cubical. No mould anywhere else. Remedial repairs seem to be botch up jobs not very well done. Under counter kitchen light didn't work. Instructions for wifi was fine apart from it didn't say what network to join so was a guessing game till you get the right 1. Would have liked some sort of film put on the bottom floor outer windows to make it more private as people walking by can see in to the living area and kitchen and the outside windws were really dirty. Instructions for the beding was it was under the bed, it wasn't, it was in a cupboard in the bed room and there was no mattress protector to put on as per instructions..

location was excellent for town and buses

the bed was a little uncomfortable at the edges and feels like about to fall off the edge, but otherwise fine

The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and close to all the local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Shower could do with an extractor fan in there as mould was appearing on the ceiling and walls.
