Nice quiet flat near the town centre. Bed was really comfy and the shower was nice and hot . Overall was perfect for our needs

Central heating didn't heat rooms much. See through curtains really needs blinds on windows and front door. Hand rail would be useful for stairwell. Shower too small

Location

We were given an alternative property at the last minute (certainly too late to find anywhere else). The place just wasn’t clean. The facilities were less nice than the advertised one. The bed could only be accessed from one side. Even the cutlery in the drawer was dirty. The duvet was the thinnest I have ever seen. Security on the building was poor (outer door didn’t lock). Photos sent of the dirt to provider. No answer.

Noise from other people staying someone banging on doors screaming for someone called Paul very early in the morning this went on for over an hour
