Having to negotiate dog mess entering the property in the evenings .Mike looks a likeable dog but not his mess

We liked the location for the beach, the long boardwalk and the local markets for fresh fish and vegetables. The property was a good size.

Coffee pot and some dishes moldy. Everything in kitchen was greasy such as dishes, utensils, surfaces, appliances and handles. When contacted host, she said giving us early check-in didn't give cleaner enough time to clean everything. We didn't think that was good excuse. We would have gladly waited until cleaner done with cleaning. When contacted host for help with dryer stopping every 2 minutes she said it always was working well and this problem had never happened before. Did she take a survey with all guests asking if they had a problem with using the dryer? She could have offered to look at it since she lived upstairs and helped us figure out what we were doing wrong. She never introduced herself in person although she had no problem staring in at us through the dining room and kitchen windows. Television sets are cheap and worthless for watching anything.

Location near the beach. Lots of restaurants. Friendly host. Very clean house. Parking space available in busy street.

Neighbors are really, really close to the bedroom. So lots of talking and loud noises. Dog was pooping in front of the house. Also hard to handle if you’re not a dog person. Beds are hard (could be a good thing for some people also)
