ConVivo Apartment

The location was very central in the lovely old town. The service and advice provided by the host Emanuele was excellent, particularly the extensive list of the best places to eat locally. He further facilitated a stay at very short notice which was greatly appreciated.

It was unfortunate the time I was there, that there was some noise & poor behaviour directly outside the property on a weekend night, which I understand is not normally the case. Emanuele was very understanding in this regard, and will be endeavouring to take some steps to ensure it does not happen again. He was very good in handling this matter, which gave me reassurance as a solo traveller.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Lecce old town. Quite spacious for the two of us and handy to have a downstairs toilet as well as a bathroom. Plenty of room for me to do a little yoga and Pilates in the lounge area. Emanuele and Valentina were fantastic hosts and gave us great recommendations for breakfast, restaurants and gelato. We liked the little terrace for evening meals when we ate in. Everything was in easy walking distance. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Loved the location and the apartment is so authentic and Italian style! Bed cozy and place is nice and quiet. Washing machine great and loved the courtyard area.

Drains a bit smelly but that is to be expected

The host Emanuele was very nice and helpful. He was also very flexible as we had problems on the way and delayed arrival at the apartment. We really appreciated that. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is just in the middle of the old town but still peaceful and quiet. The apartment was very spacious as it has two floors. Also enjoyed the little balcony. This was well worth the money.

Fantastic location in the heart of the historic center of Lecce. Unique experience staying in a remodeled historic apartment. Location was close to cafés, restaurants, shopping and 26 Cathedral/churches all within walking distance. Nice to have a main floor bathroom along with an upstairs bathroom next to the bedroom. Our gracious hosts, Valentina and Emmanuele were extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the area. Emmanuele also helped us plan our trip via train to our next destination. He also scheduled a taxi to pick us up to take us back to the train station. Very much appreciated!

Shower was a little tight, but good water pressure.

The owner sent us some tips on where to eat/drink, which were very handy as the centre is rife with tourist traps. The apartment had all the equipment necessary to make breakfast in the morning. Excellent WIFI.

Bring earplugs! The apartment is ideally placed in the historical centre but that centre is way too noisy at night (there is a popular restaurant just around the corner) Obviously this is not the fault of the owner (the place has double glazed windows) but it did dampen our enthusiasm a bit.
