Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner stocked everything possible to make us feel spoiled and welcomed including bottle of wine and still warm local snacks. The location is great. Only a short walk to the centre of old town. Great restaurants within 5mins walk, suggested by Lucia. Private parking is very convenient and safe. A great stay. Highly recommended.

A must stay property when you visit Lecce! The property is as advertised, this was the best property we stayed in during our six week tour of Sicily and Puglia and we have enjoyed all the places we stayed at. The space was very inviting with high vaulted ceilings, a kitchen with all the amenities one would need if they wanted to do a little cooking - fridge, oven, cook top, microwave. Cabinets and fridge were stocked with items at our disposal for free. The bedroom area too, was spacious with an adjoining space for one to put their luggage. The bathroom contained a large shower space and provided many shampoo/body wash bottles. A little garden area separated another bathroom which held the washer and dryer. Another plus is the private car parking available (for a fee) and as long as your car is small enough to park in the garage. One can’t really want for more. Oh, and a reading room! The property is conveniently located a short 10 minute walk, at most, into the centro storico. One of the best reasons for a stay at Miklù Luxury Suite is the attention to detail and the incredible personalized service by the owners. We were provided with information regarding the location and parking options prior to our arrival and a plethora of information upon our arrival - restaurant options, enoteca, things to do and see. Lecce was a great base for us to locate in while we drove throughout the Salento area. Don’t forget about taking a pasta making lesson if you have the time.

Location was very good and our host Lucia was very helpful and provided information on alll sorts of activities. Lucia had for us on arrival a lovely bottle of wine as well as a bountiful supply of food and drinks for our stay. Everything we might need was there.

Comfortable and spacious modern apartment a few meters from the historic center of Lecce. Lucia and Michel were very kind , hospitable , friendly and helpful.

Miklu is hosted by two truly lovely people. We were picked up from the train, taken to our property and made to feel incredibly welcome with complimentary wine and local treats. We were given excellent food recommendations, bookings were made for us. The accommodation is really special, a spacious, well appointed home away from home located a two minute walk to the Centro Storico. We didn’t want to leave!

Spacious. Well appointed. Spotless. Quiet. Comfortable. Quality linens and towels. Excellent kitchen equipment. Treats from host :) Helpful information from host. Restaurants and sights are easily walkable. Non-touristy cafes, bakeries and gelato shop in the neighborhood. This is one of the best apartments we rented during our southern Italy trip. Would return. Highly recommend.

Lucia & Michele are exemplary hosts. "Miklu" is a wonderfully soft place to land after a full day of sightseeing and taking in the wonderful experiences that Lecce and Puglia have to offer. The location is perfect; Lecce Historical Centre is only a 5-minute walk away, and many Puglian must-see sights are within an hour or two drive. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is stocked with complimentary drinks. The property is spacious and scrupulously clean. The bed is comfortable and we loved the screen door to the little, private courtyard which meant we could sleep with the door open for fresh air. Delicious pasticciotto was waiting for us on arrival (which timed perfectly for coffee and afternoon tea), and another treat was delivered, Rustici, which went down well with a cold beer. We used the private garage that was offered (8 euros a day extra) because free parking on the street is only available between 4pm to 9am, and spots aren't always available.

This apartment is simply terrific. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay in a lovely city. Lucia and Miguel are very thoughtful, warm and welcoming. Every detail is considered to make your stay comfortable and memorable— from a well stocked kitchen to local pastries. A spacious and spotless suite.
