Sehr gute Lage ( 5 Minuten Zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt)mit einer traumhaften Terrasse. Eine zusätzlichen Gebühren für einen kleinen Hund(Malteser). In jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Im Kühlschrank war ein kleines Gefrierfach für unsere Kühlakkus. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten wir hatten das Glück im Juni das dort oft ein freier Platz war. Wir Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Für Paare sehr zu empfehlen

Das Bad ist sehr eng und selbst wenn die Klimaanlage läuft ist es dort sehr schwül. Parkplätze sind dort nur mit Glück zu finden. Aber nach einigen Tagen weiß man wo welche in der Nähe frei sind. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stock aber es sind sehr viele Treppen, da die Etagen sehr hoch sind. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.Für Leute die Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben nicht zu empfehlen.

Buona posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro storico.

L'alloggio con terrazzo è sicuramente godibilissimo con la bella stagione, ma col freddo assolutamente no. Ho tenuto il condizionatore al massimo durante la notte ma non è riuscito a scaldare la piccola stanza da letto, tanto da non permettermi di dormire (vestito). Al mattino il piccolo bagno era gelido e non usciva acqua calda, quindi non ho potuto fare nemmeno una doccia per riprendermi. Fortunatamente, il giorno seguente, la proprietaria mi ha cambiato alloggio.

La struttura gode di un’ottima posizione, a 1 km da Piazza Sant’Oronzo e di conseguenza al centro città.

Purtroppo l’appartamento con terrazza non è consono alla stagione invernale. L’assenza di coibentazione rende l’appartamento molto freddo e le due pompe di calore presenti non possono essere attivate in contemporanea, non permettendo di godere di un’ ambiente sempre caldo. Abbiamo anche avuto problemi con l’acqua calda che a metà doccia diventava molto fredda. Inoltre la doccia non dispone del bastone dove appoggiare il doccino, rendendo il tutto complicato. Dei 4 fuochi presenti in cucina ne funzionavano solo due.

Nice host, met me on arrival and allowed me to check in early which was great. It's quite a large room with kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a dining table. Lots of wardrobe space. The bedroom has desk and chair and an extra bed/sofa. The wifi was good. Close walking distance to train station (8 minutes) and old town (4 minutes). Supermarket and restaurant and bar within a few minutes walk.

The shower was very small. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the pillows were old and very lumpy. Not the owners fault but some dog mess on the footpath leading to the property. The entrance hall is quite dark and uninviting.

Ideally located near the historic city center, This spacious apartment features high ceilings and remains pleasantly cool. It is equipped with kitchen appliances. The bed and the bathroom are comfortably sized. The host is extremely kind, and the check-in is convenient for travelers.

The shower cabin is quite cramped, which may cause some discomfort.The pillows could be more comfortable.With some renovation, the apartment could become much more attractive.

La posizione

Ho prenotato un appartamento con terrazzo e mi sono trovata in in altro senza. La casa era vecchia e molto sporca . Le stoviglie sporche. Doccia piccolissima. Molto poco accessoriata. Luci fioche. La proprietaria con la quale ho comunicato wathsapp, in un primo tempo spinosa, alla fine si è dimostrata abbastanza collaborativa offrendomi un soggiorno di una notte per la prossima volta..vedremo!!
