Family Friendly House

Spacious and well equipped . Comfortable bed & variety of snacks & breakfast supplies were unexpected & appreciated

Insect screen on main front door needed fixing.

It was very spacious and secure,great place to have a car and park just outside.The owner was kind and left us some things for breakfast in the fridge and coffee free to use during our stay. House is fully corresponding to the pictures.

Too many mosquitos,so it was practically impossible to stay outside,but we didn’t spend much time at the house.

The place is very spacious and Gianni our host was helpful in refunding too much paid tourist tax.

The place was really outdated and in need of a desperate upgrade. The three airconditionings in the living area weren’t working. I saw in the reviews that this was the case since 2023…because of the heat we turned on other AC’s in the bedrooms to make it a bit cooler. As we left the house and came back the owner switched the AC’s off, which made the house very hot (it was 34 degrees outside). And this house has a very weird floorplan. The garden isn’t taken care of, the pond is full of dirt. We left this place earlier to book another apartment

It's a large apartment with good facilities. The owners were friendly and helpful

It's quite dark in the apartment as it's in the basement of the family house. The outside space is hard to use due yo the constant mosquitoes at all times of day. The location wasn't great for me, too near stadium and the streets around the house are unwelcoming due to poor maintenance and all the properties being behind high walls and gates. Not somewhere you'd want to walk.

This was like staying in an upmarket old Italian villa . Not sure i would take kids here as I would worry that they might break or damage the lovely things and furniture Situated at the end of a private road and surrounded by other lovely homes. Very secure property. The air conditioning unit in the kitchen had stopped working so the host supplied a fan. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked well. The host left us a substantial food tray and a bottle of wine. This is a large and spacious apartment giving you a true Italian experience.

Nothing Had a lovely stay.

The hosts were amazing, the location is very beautiful, green, clean and quiet. I recommend to everyone who wants peace and quiet and a beautiful location.
