Well located, short walk to historic centre. Spacious bedrooms. Clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately building works taking place so couldn’t open shutters in kitchen which is the only communal area. This made it quite dark. Also the secure car parking was not accessible during these works. We were however able to find street parking. The kitchen cups and saucers could be replaced as chipped around edges.

A whole apartment available for 6 friends who spent 4 nights in Lecce. The apartment is well-organized with plenty of space. It features three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Just 12 minutes away from the historic center, the neighborhood is filled with cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and pizzerias. Perfect for staying and spending a few days in Lecce. The owner is a kind and welcoming gentleman!

Huge bedrooms each with AC & TV - you just don't get bedrooms this size in Europe. Really comfortable beds & decent pillows. Great kitchenware, decent pots, washing machine 2 bathrooms Elevator

The fact that building works were ongoing, clearly not fault of owner. Don't be put off by the façade

The apartment was spacious and well located. There’s the option to park inside a yard and the car is protected. It has 2 bathrooms.

The water pressure was pretty weak. The owner asked for a 100 eur deposit and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the details of the booking. The flat wasn’t very cosy.

No food. Excellent location. Private parking. Peace of mind. Shops and supermarkets nearby. Excellent restaurants. 10 mins walk to the town centre.

Very nice and modern apartment. There was 3 rooms and all with double bed. 2 bathroom with toilet. Kitchen with all the equipment we need, there was also a washing machine available. The apartment was very clean. Air conditioning in every room except the kitchen and hallway.

The neighbors were renovating an apartment in that building. There was noise from 6:30 in the morning and we cant sleep well. The garbage was taken away from the street every morning and it was very noisy, the windows did not block the noise. No dishwasher. Balcony without furniture. Very low water pressure, we couldn't shower in two bathrooms at the same time. There was no air conditioning in the kitchen and it was very hot there.
