Stylish 2 Bedroom Apartment, Leeds Centre + Free Parking

Really good location. Good views from tiny sky light windows. Comfy beds. Gets warm quick but fans available if too hot. Clean enough.

Told we’d have parking but a car was in the provided parking space when arriving so had to call for someone to move their car - this made our check in late. The advertisement photos and information didn’t tell us that the door to the main apartment was down a gated passage which one side didn’t lock and it was very dingy, giving Jack the Ripper vibes. Stella cans in fridge when we arrived?? A wardrobe in the bedroom with a locked, number coded padlock on - very questionable Carpets in bedrooms very mismatched, cut offs from different coloured carpets dotted about A random side unit down the side in the living room with no use, looks as though it’s been put there because they want to keep it but haven’t got anywhere else to put it? I’ll stop there.

Property located fairly central to the city centre

Tired decor. Rips clearly visible on the stairs. Broken toilet seat. Shower needed a clean before use.

The flat was pleasant and nicely decorated. The two main bedrooms were lovely. The owners were very good at communicating.

There were only small improvements that could be made and I spoke to the owners and they were happy to do these, such as more tea towels.

Great property! really clean & tidy. perfect for what we needed. Had to stay over for a graduation, close to the University of Leeds. Would book again for a weekend stay.

Excellent location very central. Slept well comfortable ( x2 double beds),white fluffy clean towels and not cheap loo rolls. Mercy checked we had been able to access to property and on leaving if we had had a nice stay.

Stair carpet very worn needs some TLC re the finishing of doors etc. Flat not suitable for people with mobility issues and beware of low ceilings ( banged my head twice & I am only 5 3’! ) For a family of 4 with adult children this just works. To access the one bathroom you have to go via the bedrooms. The sash windows in the lounge do not stay up to allow fresh air into the flat.
