The need to raise cleaning issues on arrival but this was addressed immediately. Insufficient cooking items in kitchen - pots/pans/ equipment to cook a meal if group of people staying. No coffee making facilities e.g caffetiere or coffee machine you now find in apartments. Bedside tables /shelves by all beds was suggested by those who didn’t have. Wardrobes not really usable, locked or had hoover in. Hooks on back of doors. Water toasting hot in showers.

Location was perfect - walkable to town. Accommodation layout worked very well with three ensuites. General presentation of the flat was OK.

The front door would not lock from the outside and despite repeated messages to the owners it was not fixed until 3 days later as we were trying to leave the property. This meant whenever we went out the flat was open to anyone to walk in. This is a major security issue but the owners did not take accountability to get it promptly fixed. We had also been warned in the documentation with the flat that the shower temperature should not be adjusted but still we had issues. I notice from previous reviews that this has been an ongoing issue for 2 years and still they hare not fixed.

Location in Leeds. Spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Good size bedrooms.

Single bed base was damaged. Despite mentioning this, no communication resulted. Also two of the showers had excessive hot water which could not be modified but again no comment from the owners.

The price was a little high, I expected much higher quality beds for that.
