Great furnishings and everything you need for a self contained quiet relaxing stay.

A very well equipped flat, very comfortable and great location

Extractor fan on all the time, had to turn the main switch off, stale water smell in bathroom all the time, hence why extractor was on continuously !! 

All the conveniences required in self catering accommodation were here. Its location was ideal for a walk to a park nearby via a path next to a stream. This walk also gave access to supermarkets and other shops and public transport. A lovely quiet location.

It was warm in the downstairs unit as there was only one window that we could open to provide ventilation. A fan was provided. We occasionally heard people moving about in the upstairs unit. Pillows could be better.

Self contained apartment, perfect for working away, clean and warm

Location very peaceful. You would not think you were so close to the city and universities.plenty of space for two and WiFi was working fine. Plenty of parking space.

Only thing to improve would be air-conditioning for the week we were there😊

The location was excellent, close to Headingley cricket and ruby stadiums, only 2 miles to Leeds city centre and 1st direct arena, only 28 miles to York and loads of places to eat around.
