Loft at The Coach House Apartments

Off road parking was great, clear instructions from the host. It was very clean and the living room was a good size for the 3 of us.

Another mirror with a shelf underneath in the smaller bedroom would be really useful. As the doors are fire doors they are really heavy.

Clean large beds and good parking facilities

Great location to visit Leeds University. Great updated apartment. I felt a bit insecure that the security gate was broken and there was broken glass in the courtyard…some graffiti on the exterior needs to be corrected !

The property was exactly what I needed for the weekend. I have stayed onsite before, but in a different room. Everything you would need for a self catering weekend.

Some minor feedback, and it just to make the stay a 9/10. As we were self catering, it would’ve been nice to have had a chopping board and a knife sharpener and a few bulbs could do with being replaced (i.e. the extractor light in the kitchen). Last time we stayed in a different apartment, we didn’t have a TV remote, so having one this time was a bonus, the batteries were pretty much dead, so could do with being replaced / changed as well as the kitchen clock. One of the bedroom handles had dropped and whilst worked perfectly, could do with some attention. I must clarify, none of this feedback has made any difference to my experience and i will be booking a return visit.

The location was excellent, 10 minutes to Leeds city centre. The apartment met all our needs and was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable with nice clean bedding.

The only downside was a strange smell when we arrived which we put down to cooking smells, however the next morning when we went to cook something in the microwave we found the remnants of a half eaten kebab which was the smell when we arrived which had obviously been left by the previous guest and not checked by housekeeping but this did not detract from the apartment as mistakes can happen and we didnt make an issue of it we just got rid of the kabab in the bins outside.

Good locations, very clean off road parking included.

The mattresses were very soft we did not sleep well and the light in the bathroom flickered all the time. Could not get the tv to work.
