The location was good for the city centre. The beds were comfortable. Property heats up quickly.

Fridge had been switched off and stank out the kitchen. It was advertised as two king sized beds but was a king and a twin. It has very poor soundproofing and residents below and next door partied all night. They partied and slammed doors throughout the night until 5am with thumping music. There is also evidence that the apartment has been broken into previously with poor repairs to the front door and the car gates didn’t lock. That being said we didn’t feel unsafe.

Great location and easy check-in.

Almost everything in the place is breaking. The front door is coming off it's hinges, as is the fridge door. The shower doesn't drain properly. Kitchen table and chairs very wobbly, couldn't open the blind in one of the bedrooms and doors slam extremely loudly.

The place was in a perfect location for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well furnished.

We had big concerns over the security as the gated entrance lock was broken and the property front door looked like it had been recently kicked in - the repairs were not very reassuring.

We found the main living/dining area to be my most favourite room of all! It felt homely & for the most part was fully equipped (aside from a potato masher, kitchen paper & spare bin bags)

The apartment was said to be soundproof on the booking.com website, but was anything but! Doors could be heard slamming throughout the day...even into the early hours! Guests/other neighbours could be heard both inside & outside the apartment. That said, we felt it was misrepresented on the website. What's more, a number of hairs could be found on the bed quilts & one of us found the pillows to be a big too firm/hard.

the cleanliness was very poor, filthy in some areas, thick dust and dirt under the hanging rail units, glasses dirty, rubbish between sofa cushions. poor attention to detail, no mirror in bedroom for ladies to do hair, clock in lounge not working, stains down wall in kitchen area, towels small and poor quality etc. Area not the best.
