Please inform KSpace @ Waterloo Court in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Kspace Serviced Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note that there is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.

"Very nice, clean, comfortable space as advertised. Great walking distance to the train."

Suite was lovely, parking was appreciated and hosts were very responsive and appreciated the connection thru What's App.

Sofa was VERY soft and a bit worn out and washer was complicated to figure out how to dry. Also couldn't figure out how to change Netflex to English (display was in German but audio was english so ok)

had everything i needed, hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, wifi was really good, TV worked amazingly, very close to the centre and in a quiet area which was very nice!

wasn’t very clean, cutlery and plates still had food on them, duvet on the bed had a blood stain on it, surfaces didn’t seem to be wiped down.. also says the rooms are no smoking but the smell of cigarette smoke in the building is very strong! not as luxurious as the pictures make it seem.

"Really enjoyed our stay in Leeds, and the apartment was more than we expected."

Great location, with very good facilities. Underground parking was something we were looking for specifically, and the free wifi was a bonus also.

Unfortunately the wooden flooring has lifted in a few areas, which does reflect badly on a very nice flat overall.
