Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable.

We arrive 15 minutes after check in time and apartment was not clean yet. Cleaning person wanted us to come back in one hour. However we had been walking all day and didn’t want to wander the city as she suggested. She was nice enough to let us wait in another uncleaned apartment. It would have been nice to have coffee pods like other apartments we have stayed in. Communication could have been better. Email had no link to register. Someone did respond and send link, at which time I mentioned our expected arrival time.

"Ideal para visitar León"

Es un piso amplio y precioso, muy cerca de todo. Estuvimos un grupo de 3 amigos y nos sentimos como en casa. La calefacción en estas fechas es imprescindible y estuvo a una temperatura óptima, así que no pasamos nada de frío. En nuestra opinión el sofá era cómodo (no usamos el sofá-cama) y las camas también. La comunicación con Audrey fue muy fluida. Ha sido un gran acierto para conocer León un par de días.

Solo como sugerencias que pueden aportar a mejorar incluso más la experiencia. En otros apartamentos de booking en lo que he estado suelen dejarte una botella de agua para la llegada o algunas cápsulas de café para la cafetera. Sé que no es algo obligatorio, pero los huéspedes lo agradecemos mucho.
