Sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein perfekter Ort für Kurzausflüge in der Nähe. Bestens dokumentiert mit Unterlagen für touristische Zwecke und hilfreichen Tipps für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt.

Der Zugang über den allgemeinen Parkplatz, vorbei an Lieferdiensten und Firmengaragen und den etwas engen Hauseingang am Ende dieser Parkplatzfläche wirkte auf mich nicht sehr einladend. Vielleicht könnte ein Hinweisschild auf den Wohnungseingang zu Beginn der Parkplatzfläche die Wahrnehmung im Aussenbereich positiv beeinflussen.

Lage sehr zentral, Wohnung im 1. Stock großzügig, Aussicht zu den Bergen sehr schön. Möbel zwar älteres Modell, aber ok. Wandbilder sehr gut, auch sehr gute ausgewählte gediegene Beleuchtung etc.

Sind zwar den "Vermietern?" begegnet, haben sich aber nicht vorgestellt.
