Apartment Vila Lokve

Sehr schönes Appartement mit gemütlicher Terrasse. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend ist sehr schön für kleine und große Wanderungen. Die Höhlenbesichtigung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren begeistert von allem, aber vor allem vom Gastgeber Ehepaar. Haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Vielen vielen Dank!!!

Predivna kuća, savršeno uklopljena u okoliš u kojem se nalazi. Od kuće je još ljepše uređena okućnica s puno sadržaja (ljuljačke, ležaljke, vanjski stolovi i stolice,roštilj). Najviše nas se dojmila drvena kućica prepuna igračaka i sadržaja za djecu. Apartman je iznimno uredan i prostran te opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajem. Pažljivo je uređen s mnoštvo detalja i više odaje ugođaj doma nego apartmana. Isto je i s domaćinima, sve pohvale srdačnim i dragim domaćinima koji su bili iznimmo susretljivi i obzirni. Imali smo priliku probati štrudle na kojima se i ovim putem zahvaljujemo. Nakon nekoliko godina boravaka u Gorskom Kotaru rekao bi da je ovo najbolji smještaj u kojem smo boravili. 😄

Beautiful location in the Croatian mountains, gorgeous and spacious apartment with plenty of outdoor space too. The hosts were so welcoming, kind and friendly, it was the highlight of our trip to Croatia! They welcomed us with homemade liqueur and made us cheese and courgette pastries during our stay and even did our laundry! We truly felt at home and loved visiting the national parks and swimming in the local lake.

Great, kind hosts, beautiful place to escape from the city. National park Risnjak is near by as well as Delnice, Fužine, Rijeka and Opatija for more seesighting. Simply beautiful experience!;)

Hosts are more than friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The welcome was warm, where we were greeted with homemade liqueur and cakes. We will definitely come again.

Everything was just perfect! Great accomodation, clean, comfortable, beautiful location, kind and helpful hosts... our stay was brilliant. We would definitely recommend it if you just want to escape from the hassle and bustle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lokve, specifically the charming apartment called Mali Medo, located in Lokve near Risnjak. I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, deserving a perfect ten for both the accommodation and the host. Villa Lokve embodies the essence of a mountain retreat with its tasteful decor featuring an abundance of wood and stone details, nestled amidst breathtaking greenery. The house exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, surpassing even the most picturesque images I had seen beforehand. Adjacent to the main house, there is a small 40m² cottage filled with an array of toys, which delighted my five-year-old to no end. Furthermore, a barbecue area and meticulously manicured garden adorned with vibrant flowers can be found nearby, adding to the overall charm of the place. One of the highlights of this location is its proximity to the stunning Lokvarsko jezero - Lake, accompanied by a lovely walking path. The tranquil atmosphere and scenic surroundings make it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls and relaxation. Additionally, the Golubinjak Park, a short distance away, left us in awe with its majestic 40-meter-tall spruce trees and enchanting hiking trail hidden behind a curtain of mystery. It is an absolute must-visit. Only a 20-minute drive from Villa Lokve lies the entrance to the Risnjak National Park, a hidden gem brimming with natural wonders. The park’s untamed beauty and breathtaking vistas are sure to leave every visitor spellbound. A further 20 minutes from the park entrance, or 40 minutes from the accommodation, will lead you to the incredible source of the Kupa River. Witnessing it firsthand is a truly awe-inspiring experience, defying belief. In conclusion, my stay at Villa Lokve, Mali Medo apartment, was an unforgettable retreat into nature’s embrace. The picturesque surroundings, combined with the warm hospitality and immaculate accommodation, made for a truly remarkable experience.

Very nice hostess and accommodation. Very clean nice en comfy. The hostess were very kindly and sweet they were bringing us home made cakes during our stay and gave tips on the surrounding and still respected our privacy. Would 100% come back again and recommended to other people.
