CAThe property & apartment were immaculately maintained. Beds were most comfortable with crisp sheets and warm comforters. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with modern art & antiques. Rooms are spacious. The kitchen was stocked & equipped with everything & more. The host, Barbara, answered all of our questions promptly & the onsite parking was a real bonus. The laundry facility was also another bonus when you have been traveling for many weeks. The location is a quiet street within walking distance of groceries, cafes, & the old town. The host has taken the time to give a history of the property, interesting tips, restaurant recommendations, and events in Lucca. Highly recommend this property & would want to return upon next visit to Lucca.

GBThe location of The Old Laundry is ideal. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. The old medieval town is a 10-minute walk away.
GBVery clean it was immaculate everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Lovely owners were very kind and very helpful.
Not much natural light in property but that’s a minor thing and wouldn’t stop me recommending property or staying again

GBSpacious, well equipped apartment located close to old town Lucca
CAVery big apartment, so nice for a family, kitchen extremely well equipped (best we’ve ever had in an apartment rental), less than 10 min walk to the walls of Lucca, good cafe for breakfast and lunch, and gelato 1-2 blocks away. Kind hosts. Toys for the kids!
The dishwasher stopped working so it ran continuously for 2 days during our stay, but I am sure this will be fixed promptly
CAAmazing location. Just 5 minutes to be inside walls of Lucca, but in amazing neighborhood with great bakeries, delis and restaurants. Great for 2 couples as 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen.
Stayed almost 2 weeks and just feel like having housekeeping done even once halfway through would have been nice vs. just here’s the spare sheets and towels. Also needed help with taxis and no one avail over weekend, felt like guest support not readily available.
