Les lieux sont agréables et aménagés avec goût et simplicité. Jardinet à l'arrière, parking et esplanade idéale pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Fabrizio est rapidement disponible pour tout renseignement. Le rez-de-chaussée se trouve à 10min à pied des remparts de Lucca.

Il manque peut-être l'un ou l'autre grand plat côté cuisine.

L'ubicació, molt tranquil°la i bona zona veïnal. L'apartament gran. Té tot el necessari.

Portar assecador, no tirà gaire. El pati és "compartit" (hi ha un habitatge a dalt i a vegades entren pel pati perquè crec que no hi ha una altra entrada).

Fabrizzio nous a reçu avec gentillesse et nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires. L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, propre et proche du centre de Lucca. Le plus est évidemment le parking privé devant l'appartement. Nous reviendrons volontiers pour un prochain séjour.

Wohnung wie auf Bilder. Fabrizzio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Es wurde an alles gedacht und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und es gab sogar eine Liste mit Empfehlungen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Unterkunft! Der Vermieter hat uns, aufgrund einer unfreiwillig längeren Anreise, auch später am Abend noch in Empfang genommen. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat viele Informationen geteilt(von Restaurants bis Fahrradverleih) auch bereits im Vorfeld per WhatsApp. Wir haben gute Insidertips bekommen und haben eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Lucca gehabt. Durch die sehr gute Lage, konnte man den Stadtkern innerhalb 15-20 min fussläufig erreichen. Auch hierzu gab es wertvolle Tips vom Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und modern eingerichtet und bietet mit 2 Bädern eine perfekte Lösung für Familien. Die Ausstattung ist soweit gut und man hat alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Vor allem ist es sehr sauber, was für uns ein absolutes Kriterium darstellt. Alles in allem, können wir die FeWo nur weiterempfehlen! 😊

Es gibt nichts wirklich zu beanstanden. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus, jedoch ist die Zufahrt nicht soo geräumig.
